When did my 1 year anniversary of being in Hell sneak up on me?
Monday: Go build a sandcastle. Massive & detailed or just the standard bucket-shaped mound, it doesn’t matter. If you’re nowhere near sand, get out the hose & make mudpies.
Tuesday: It’s June! Go in with your friends and splurge on an inflatable pool or a slip-n-slide, grab a hose & have at it!
Wednesday: Watch Repo: The Genetic Opera. I’ve recommended it before. In what little free time I have anymore, I’ve been watching it on repeat. Don’t judge. There was a summer when I spent all night long every night watching the entire Jurassic Park Trilogy front to back then back to front. This is slightly less pathetic. Bonus: There’s no love story! Yay!
Thursday: Pick a time & place. Take the very first thing you see & write about it for 20 minutes. Don’t stop. Don’t self-edit. Just see where it goes.
Friday: Bring fresh flowers randomly to someone you care about. Maybe someday they’ll return the gesture.
Weekend Homework: Try a homemade face mask. Here are some good tips.
