Monday: Play with your food! Cut your sandwich into a star, pit your celery & carrots against each other in veggie combat or send some raisins for a swim in your yogurt. Spice up your boring lunch, macaroons!
Tuesday: Trade all the ice cream in your freezer for different flavors of Yoplait Whips yogurt. It’s amazing frozen & much less guilt inducing than your 3 half eaten pints of Ben & Jerry’s! Happy bikini season!
Wednesday: Make a message in a bottle & mail it anonymously to someone you care about. Don’t use glass, of course, but you can mail plastic if it’s properly addressed & stamped!
Thursday: Someone you know will have a BBQ this weekend. Stock up on sparklers & get the necessary ingredients to make your infamous Patriotic Potato Salad or Veteran Veggie Dip to share.
Friday: Throw on some shorts & sunscreen & take a long, fast-paced walk. Work up a good sweat then go home & reward yourself with a cold shower.
Weekend Homework: Go through all your stuff- clothes, trinkets, books, everything! Have your friends do the same & have a yardsale to clean out your living spaces. Take your earnings shopping for a new summer dress.
