You know what’s the best time for me to post on Instagram to really start to see more leads traffic sales in my business. While a lot of times in now and today’s society people are cravings for something that works out. Especially during the work day, there are schools, so these excellent time are the time that the most likely to check their phone.

First, I found my research with helping a lot of peoples get massive success.

  1. Morning 6 a.m. – 8 a.m.

The morning time before work in school. I have written here between 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. I am on Central Time in the US.

So you want to adjust this time to where you live, but basically, before people go to work, so I find

early morning if I think cost around that time I get tons of Engagement.

  1. Afternoon 12 pm – 2 pm

Second is the afternoon I find around 12 to 2 my time, but it’s basically lunch time ok because people are going to be on their lunch break or that slump read after work or read after lunch or they are going to be tired sluggish on working for something entertaining, and they are going to check their phone, and if you post then, you will see you post and like it.

  1. Night 7 pm – 9 pm

I find after people get off  work, They come from school,  you know just kind of relaxing for the night around 7 to 9 p.m. my time they check their phone because you know looking for the rest of the day

they don’t want to see their must, and if you have a post around that time, you’re going to Captivate their attention as for should be using a lot of the strategies of cover my other article and you will get lead traffic sales whatever it is you want in your business.
